With our Healthy Home Maintenance Program, your home is protected against all common household pests (excluding termites, wildlife and mosquitoes) GUARANTEED! Available as monthly and quarterly plans.
Quarter 1: January – March
- Client Consultations and Inspections
- Schedule consultations with clients to assess any existing pest issues or concerns.
- Treatment Focus: Indoor and Outdoor
- Indoor Treatment:
- Apply residual insecticides in key indoor areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and utility rooms.
- Use baits and traps as necessary in sensitive areas.
- Inspect and treat entry points like doors, windows, and utility penetrations.
- Outdoor Treatment:
- Conduct perimeter treatments using liquid insecticides around the foundation, entry points, and along the exterior walls.
- Treat potential pest harborage areas such as mulch beds, shrubbery, and around garbage areas.
- Apply granular insecticides to lawn areas if necessary, targeting ants, centipedes, and other outdoor pests.
Quarter 2: April – June
- Seasonal Adjustments and Outdoor Focus
- Assess changes in pest activity due to seasonal shifts and weather patterns.
- Focus on outdoor treatments, including addressing spring pests like ants and wasps.
Quarter 3: July – September
- Summer Pest Control Strategies
- Address summer pests like flies and outdoor ants with targeted treatments.
Quarter 4: October – December
- Fall and Winter Preparedness
- Prepare properties for fall pests such as rodents seeking shelter indoors.
- Offer rodent-proofing services and conduct inspections for potential entry points.
